Reward: Up to 10,000 RMB for finding good people for CIC data

CIC data is growing…and growing fast. And we need people. Really good people. Good technology people and good analysts.

As anyone who works in China knows, in spite of the massive population, finding good people in this incredibly booming market is very challenging, particularly in the industry in which CIC data competes.

We are a different company and so it makes sense for us to approach our recruitment differently. We believe in the power of social media (aka blogs and BBS) and word of mouth and want to see if it can help us.

Why would anyone want to work for us?

  • We have a great team in place now which has an incredible passion and belief in blogs and BBS. We work hard; we work hard because we love what we do.
  • In the last 6 months, we have built up an impressive stable of retainer clients for our BBS and Blog monitoring service; almost all end users are Fortune 500 clients. We generally convert one off project clients into retainer clients.

So here’s the deal: if you refer someone to CIC data, and we hire them and they stay with us at least six months, then we will pay you some cool, hard cash. It’s that simple.

We will pay you based on the monthly salary of each person you recommend. We are hiring from very junior to very senior positions, so the range is quite wide. If you refer yourself, then you can get the cash after 6 months. If you would rather donate to charity, then we can do that as well.

'National Day' holiday and 4 week Jan/Feb 'Spring Festival').
